This elite gang of villains is known as "The Worst", an original collection by Super7 that you would be unfortunate meeting in a dark alley. Their blister card (meaning the packaging) features the original art of Ed Repka, made famous for heavy metal album covers of his own design.

In this case - Shedusa in Snake Form! This version of the ~9.5 cm tall, Savage Shapeshifting Serpent is swathed in white and armed with a golden bow and quiver of arrows.
